We had a great stay at a traditional property in Panchgani. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Chef Santosh Kumar Sahu who went above and beyond to make our family member's birthday celebration memorable. The food was delicious and the property had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel for a family trip. a fantastic stay experience.

The location of the hotel was really good and lovely. It was next to the downtown area, just 10 minutes on foot. The room was brand-new and huge, which I really liked. There were also a main market and a market right next door.
